Remember I was telling you about that "3rd album" created by fans of Neutral Milk Hotel? Here's the cover created by Temple Bates.

I had a fortune cookie last week that said I would soon witness a miracle. I think the fortune cookie misspelled "magical."

Ara's friend Roger happens to live next door to one of the performers at the Magic Castle and he was kind enough to invite us to the castle to have brunch and watch the show. This was such an amazing and rare experience. I can't wait to see the night show.

I didn't know that you're not allowed to take pictures, and when I was google-ing I couldn't really find any pictures of the inside. This is the best I could get from my cell phone.

This is one of the bars. The bartender made a great sunday afternoon bloody mary. There is another little room on the other side where Irma, the ghost pianist takes requests and answers your questions in a the form of a song. You can see the little chair shes supposed to be sitting in. She also takes breaks and tips.



The little hallways lead downstairs to these dungeon-like rooms where they have small twenty minute performance for twenty people at a time. This is Kevin, Rodgers friend, who did an amazing job making coins dissappear from some woman's hand and appear in his own.



We finished off the night at Nova Express where Tim Taylor's youngest son & co. were stoned out of their minds and wrapped scotch tape around Kenny and Jason.

Jason and I feel the same way about Ara. I kind of look like a lion in this drawing.

I heard on the news that adding milk to your tea cancels out all the good things tea does for your body. The same goes for milk chocolate. What if I use non-dairy creamer?

Now that I have all this free time at night, I want to start working on my dollhouse. It needs carpeting and wallpaper and I might repaint the outside. I want to paint it all white. All black might look really cool too.
