Anra Babies

Ana was asked to participate in the Kokeshi Show opening November 3rd at Subtext Gallery in San Diego. She asked me to work on the dolls with her and we came up with the idea playing off the form of the Kokeshi doll to create our Anra characters.

Dolls were sanded and gesso'd and painted with oils (face) and acrylic (body, hair, bow).


Sans bow flaps.. work in progress.
