It's truly sad that this person is blind because she certainly is not talking about YOUR art.
Your work is significant.
As a fellow creative person, stuff like this gives our egos a little bruisin'but if there was no hate we wouldn't know what love is.

I agree. Your work would be better if it was in iambic pentameter or rhymed, like poetry.
ha. This cracked me up really. I'm sure you didn't take it to heart. Plus, your art must be working because you truly made someone feel something through your imagery. hehe.

Anyway, I find your art very beautiful, and poetic. And i feel like i learn some thing when i see your progress shots. :)
Is this person even looking at the same pieces I am seeing in your gallery? Your work is wonderful, imaginative and thoughtful.
I really question why someone would take the time to post such negativity, other than to try and share their own unhappy state of mind. With art, I say if you don't like it then move on. Geez -- not everyone is going to enjoy every artist or piece of art. But that doesn't mean everyone is entitled to belittle art they don't appreciate! This quote sums up my opinion of the poster: "Closed minds use hostility, prejudice, indifference, and inattention to keep new or different ideas from gaining a foothold. Closed minds stand in the way of learning and change."
phooey. don't buy mayra's little pearl of wisdom, ana. she was probably just having a bad day, or suffering from chloe-envy.
art has no prerequisites, no requirements, no restraints, no demands.
i enjoy your work, and visit your site often to keep up on your latest creations. rock on!

Wow, 'repulsive' - you've gotta be kidding me. The only thing repulsive on your blog is Mayra herself.
Ana, your work is incredibly inspirational and it fills me with pure 'happy' to see it! And I absolutely agree with Lilly - I always learn something from your progress shots and videos.
So thank you, thank you, thank you for making such exquisite pieces and showing us how you do it.
Ignore Mayra - she needs to get a life (or at least a decent pair of glasses).
