Starlet

Here is my painting for the Monster? show opening this Saturday. It is based on how people with deformities in the 'freak show' days were referred to as monsters. Her name is Starlet.

Starlet
9x13 inches,

She is framed in an oval black moulding.

Thanks, guys.

Noel, I hadn't thought of it that way haha.

Thanks, Nick, I didn't know the email went out already. I won't be able to make the opening but yes, there's a lot of great talent in the show.

i love this, and i like the title of the painting because it's questioning whether the kid should be referred to as a monster.
